Call for Nominations

The Council invites individuals of exceptional standing to submit their candidacy for the Expert Council. Nominations are accepted on a rolling basis and reviewed quarterly.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Terminal degree (PhD, JD, or equivalent) in a relevant field, with a demonstrated record of scholarly excellence.

Minimum 15 years of substantive professional experience in international security, governance, law, humanitarian affairs, or human rights.

Demonstrated independence and a verifiable publication record, evidenced by a comprehensive declaration of interests.

No current governmental, political, or partisan affiliation; a cooling-off period of at least two years applies to former officials.

Candidates are notified in writing within 30 days of the end of each cycle.
