The rules governing preparation, peer review, adoption, and publication of all Council outputs, and the conduct of Forums and Roundtables.
Documents are published in English, with translations in French, Spanish, Russian, and Arabic; the English text is the sole authoritative version.

ARGA, the parent association of the Council, is entered in the vendor registers of UN system organisations and is a participant in the UN Global Compact. Participation means committing to the Compact's ten principles and to publishing an annual Communication on Progress.
